Whistleblower System
SITECO Group

SITECO respresents responsibility,
reliability, transparency and sustainability

Whistleblowing - Maintaining integrity:
Our core values strengthen our integrity and ensure our competitive success. Fraud, corruption and unethical behaviour have no place in our company. Our whistleblower system provides a confidential way to report misconduct. An independent reporting office receives and investigates reports and takes corrective action in confirmed cases.

Every report helps! Don't look the other way - help protect our values.

Any violation of law or regulation can be reported. This includes information about human rights or environmental risks, as well as violations along our global supply chain. The allegation may be against an employee or in relation to a business or supplier.

In particular, information can be reported in relation to

  • Fraud
  • Discrimination and harassment
  • Corruption
  • Antitrust and competition
  • Violations of human rights
  • Violations of environmental laws or green washing
  • Other violations of law
  • Violations of the Code of Conduct

You can contact our reporting office at any time using any of the available reporting channels to provide infortion. You can find the exact procedure in the linked documents.

In order for a report to be processed in the best possible way, it is very important that the reporting office receives a detailed and meaningful description. These questions will help you describe your report in detail:

  • Who is affected (individuals, business units or the whole company)?
  • Who is responsible (the defendant)? Who has suffered the loss (the claimant)? Who was involved (the party)?
  • When did the incident happen and where did it happen or is it still happening?
  • What exactly happened?
  • Has anyone been informed?

Evidence
Any evidence you have of the incident will be particularly useful in supporting your report. If you have any evidence, we would therefore ask you to enclose them with the note in order to enable a quick and truthful clarification of the case.

Reports can also be made anonymously. At the same time, it is very helpful to be able to contact the person who provided the information so that they can be asked questions that may be important for further processing. If a whistleblower discloses his or her identity, we will do so with full protection.

Do you have any questions about the whistleblowing system? We are here to help.
