    Martin

    Project Manager Service

My name is Martin and I have been working at SITECO as a project manager in the service department since August 2020. My main tasks include preparing installation offers, coordinating and controlling our subcontractors, and monitoring and documenting project progress. What I particularly like is working with an excellent, constantly growing team and the opportunity to gain insights into different companies through my field work. For me, SITECO is characterized by the fact that we have developed strongly after a challenging time – both in terms of our products and our team – and are now the market leader.

    Laszlo

    Product Manager Software Platforms

My name is Laszlo and I have been working as a product manager at SITECO since the end of 2023. SITECO sparked my interest because the combination of many exciting apps and IT products gives you the freedom to help shape the future of smart infrastructure yourself. The intensive exchange with customers and colleagues worldwide offers me the opportunity to gain a wide range of different impressions. What I particularly like is that here, even as a young person, you quickly have the opportunity to participate in strategic decision-making and take on responsibility, which allows you to further develop every day. Thanks to the collaboration of local and international development teams, we have managed to show that successful software products can also come from the heart of the Chiemgau region, which makes me particularly proud.

    Jarkko

    Cluster Head Northern Europe

I'm Jarkko Mokko, and I joined the SITECO family two years ago, bringing with me 18 years of experience in the lighting industry. I started out as Managing Director for Sweden in Gothenburg, and I was lucky enough to be given the chance to build up the organisation in Northern Europe. I was thrilled to be promoted to Cluster Head for Northern Europe! I get so much joy from managing eight countries, each with its own unique culture, way of thinking and projects. I'm really grateful that our products and services are made in Traunreut. Germany is known for its high quality, sustainability and environmental responsibility, so it's great to be able to support that. It's especially important in the public sector, where environmental product declarations (EPDs) are mandatory, to know where our products come from. I love working with SITECO because of our dynamic corporate culture. Our young and agile management team makes quick decisions and keeps everyone in the loop. It's a great place to grow and develop your skills.

    Sophie

    Dual Student

My name is Sophie and I am a dual student of industrial engineering because I would like to get to know the technical and economic processes at SITECO. I first got to know SITECO during my internship. At that time I was able to pass through several departments and was able to carry out many tasks independently. The employees were always very friendly and the working atmosphere was very pleasant. I was able to spend my first week as a student with the other new trainees. We had a get-to-know-you session and some small group work, a factory tour and a scavenger hunt. This gave us the best possible start to our studies. Now I am supporting the PMO team with projects and getting my first insight into the planning and execution of a project.

    Armin

    Managing Director sixData

My name is Armin Mühlberger, I am co-founder and partner of sixData GmbH. Since its foundation in 2002, sixData has continuously developed and is the market leader in street lighting documentation with its luxData system. In the early days of the company, I often worked on the development side of things myself, but now I concentrate on the management and strategic direction of the company. Although sixData GmbH is an independent company, since 2022 it has also been part of the SITECO Group, which represents a successful and future-oriented partnership of software and hardware solutions for innovative and sustainable lighting. With SITECO we have a parent company that has developed into an innovative and powerful medium-sized company in recent years. This also opens up more opportunities for us to expand the business area of sixData GmbH. We also benefit from SITECO's international presence, which opens up new avenues for us, while at the same time giving us full freedom of decision and the opportunity to act entrepreneurially and implement further ideas.

    Denis

    Trainee Industrial Business Manager

My name is Denis Kamberi and I am in my second year of training as an industrial clerk. I chose SITECO because I had only heard good things about the company and the working atmosphere in the area and the benefits as an apprentice really appealed to me. So far I have worked in the Human Resources, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management and Dispatch departments. What I particularly like about my apprenticeship is the pleasant working atmosphere in the departments and the fact that our contract is based on collective bargaining, so we only have a 35-hour week. My biggest highlight so far has been the trainee education week, where we did cool activities like rafting, canyoning and stand-up paddling.

    Lena

    Junior Product Manager

My name is Lena Neureither and I have been working as a Junior Product Manager at SITECO since the beginning of 2023. Before that, I completed my bachelor's degree in industrial engineering at Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences. I had always wanted to work in product management, but it is usually difficult for graduates to get a job in this field. Fortunately, SITECO gave me the opportunity. The tasks of a product manager include analysing the market and identifying new, necessary product launches, as well as maintaining existing products until they are phased out. In other words, you follow a product throughout its life. This involves a lot of contact with customers or giving presentations about your products. So the job is very varied. After almost a year, I became product manager for the entire urban lighting portfolio. I see this new responsibility as an opportunity to grow. At SITECO you really have the opportunity for rapid personal development and you are given responsibility at an early stage if you are ready for it.

    Sebastian

    Head of Application, City

My name is Sebastian Glunz and I joined SITECO in 2013 through the former owner OSRAM. After several years in the field sales force, I initially managed the western sales region in Germany before moving to Austria in 2018 to become the managing director of Osram and SITECO. Today, I am responsible for the City application (international sales, product management and marketing) and the Western Europe cluster. In recent years, SITECO has once again developed into an innovative and powerful medium-sized company. I particularly like the way the corporate culture has changed. Freedom of decision, the opportunity to be entrepreneurial and the chance to grow with and within the company are encouraged and supported.

    Christopher

    Trainee electronics engineeroniker

My name is Christopher Krisch, I'm an electronics technician and I'm in my second year of training. So far I have spent a lot of time in the training workshop where I have done the basic metal and electrical courses. I am currently doing the basic PLC course, where I am learning all about programming systems. What I like about the training is that the trainers are there to support you and help you wherever they can. The working atmosphere in the training workshop is also good. We also strengthen our team by going on an excursion once a year. I decided to do my apprenticeship at SITECO because the company is so friendly. During my internship I also got to know the people in the training workshop, was very well received by them and experienced the positive atmosphere there. I also find it very exciting that SITECO is, for example, lighting the Olympic Stadium in Helsinki.
