The brief daylight hours in winter are a particular obstacle for skiers. The solution for more lasting fun on the slopes: daylight illumination even in the evening thanks to powerful floodlights. SITECO designed a floodlight system for the Horn ski slope in Appenzellerland that significantly lengthens usage time on the piste: Visitors can now go skiing in the evening under optimum lighting conditions. The LED lighting system makes the small local lift, which is operated by a local association with the help of many volunteers, even more attractive.
