Digital testing zone for the city of tomorrow.

The city of Kaiserslautern is the digital pioneer of the Rhineland-Palatinate state. To underscore this claim, in the summer of 2019 the 300-meter long Fauthweg was converted and declared a digital testing zone. The focal point are the SITECO road luminaires with multifunctional extensions. The benefit: demand-based control, black ice warnings via projectors and having everything connected for maximum transparency. This makes the Fauthweg a model of sustainability, safety and connectivity.
