With a company history spanning 150 years, SITECO is not exactly a start-up. But there is something we share with start-ups: a dynamic connection when it comes to lighting. In order to give the employees of the Munich start-up company FLUXUNIT a dynamic and motivating working environment, the company invested in a biologically activating light installation along with a spacious premises and attractive interior design. The HCL^live concept was implemented with the Scriptus with Tunable-White function and, thanks to an individually adjusted lighting sequence, it helps to improve motivation and well-being among employees.
