Celle’s Winning Results

Celle cuts energy costs by around 80% with its switch to LED – and also saves on maintenance and servicing.
A key benefit:
The SITECO system is built for 100,000+ operating hours, eliminating the need for frequent maintenance and lift operations.

The ability to adjust the lighting at any time to meet changing needs is a major advantage for the city of Celle. Luminaires equipped with iQ technology offer real future-proofing.
Celle mainly uses the following features:
-
SITECO iQ Night-Set
-
SITECO iQ Lumen-Switch

LED luminaires attract significantly fewer insects – especially when combined with extra-warm, insect-friendly light colors. What’s more, our lighting technology ensures that light is directed only downward onto the useful area. This helps prevent unnecessary skyward emissions – because reducing light pollution is becoming an increasingly important topic for municipalities.

Celle is sending a strong signal for local climate action and sustainable urban development: With its new lighting system, the city significantly reduces CO₂ emissions and energy consumption every year.
